Valette

Valette was opened in 2015 by Chef Dustin Valette and his brother Aaron Garzini, fulfilling a plan the two made on their father’s porch overlooking Alexander Valley: a restaurant that serves as a canvas for Sonoma County’s farmers, winemakers, and artisans. Their great-grandfather ran bakeries in this same town.

The cooking is honest and polished, the service warm, and the cellar deep in small-production local wines. It also hosts private dinners and receptions in the heart of Healdsburg.
