Your Own Private Patio or Balcony
Every suite at Duchamp opens to a private outdoor room of its own. Garden Level suites have a furnished covered patio set into the landscaping. Upper Level suites have a furnished balcony overlooking the property. Each one belongs to your suite alone.
These are not step-out balconies for a glance over a railing. Every patio and balcony is a true outdoor sitting area, furnished with comfortable seating and a table, framed by mature landscaping. The morning coffee, the book that carries the afternoon, the glass of wine before dinner: these are the moments our guests remember, and they happen right here, just outside your door.
