Duchamp Healdsburg is committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities have full and equal access to the goods, services, and accommodations we offer, at the property and on this website. The hotel was newly constructed and opened in 2026.
Reserving an Accessible Suite
Accessible suites can be reserved online, by telephone, and through travel advisors, during the same hours and in the same manner as every other suite. Accessible suites are held for guests with disabilities until all other suites of that type are booked, and once reserved, that specific accessible suite is removed from availability and held for the guest who reserved it, under the same reservation and cancellation terms that apply to all our suites. Accessible Suites
The Overlook Suite (Suite 19), lobby building, second floor. Reached from the lobby by elevator to the second floor, then along a step-free route across the rooftop event deck to the suite's private entry, available to guests at all hours. Entry and bathroom doors provide at least 32 inches of clear width; lever door hardware; king bed with 36-by-48-inch clear floor space on both sides; curbless roll-in shower with fold-down seat, hand-held shower head, and grab bars; accessible-height toilet with grab bars; dual vanity with knee clearance; private water closet; closet rod within accessible reach range; accessible-height light switches, thermostat, and outlets; visual fire alarm and visual door-knock notification.
A fully accessible ground-level suite in the Creekside building. Step-free entry directly from the accessible path of travel. Entry and bathroom doors provide at least 32 inches of clear width; lever door hardware; king bed with 36-by-48-inch clear floor space on both sides; curbless roll-in shower with fold-down seat, hand-held shower head, and grab bars; accessible-height toilet with grab bars; vanity with knee clearance; closet rod within accessible reach range; accessible-height controls; visual fire alarm and visual door-knock notification.
Accessible Routes and Public Areas
Accessible parking, including a van-accessible space, is located in our private onsite parking lot on an accessible route to the front lobby entrance. The lobby, front desk, The Living Room, The Parlor, the Pool Courtyard, The Afterglow Fire Pit Area, and The Grove are all reachable via our accessible path of travel without steps. An elevator serves the Fitch Mountain Overlook, our rooftop event deck, which has an accessible restroom. The pool and the spa are each equipped with an ADA lift. Public restrooms carry raised-letter and Braille signage.
Services and Policies
Trained service animals are welcome throughout the property in accordance with the ADA. Our team will read menus and printed materials aloud, assist with check-in and concierge services, and arrange any reasonable accommodation. We ask guests with accessibility needs to contact us before arrival so we can plan the stay together.

We strive to substantially conform duchamphotel.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including keyboard navigation, text alternatives for images, sufficient color contrast, and resizable text, and we test the site with assistive technologies on an ongoing basis. Accessibility is continuing work.
