Set at the heart of the property, our Poolside Suites overlook the 50′ Full Sun Lap Pool and adjoining spa. Social in spirit yet relaxed in pace, this is where energy and ease come together.
This is the building closest to everything Duchamp gathers around: the pool, The Afterglow Fire Pit Area, and The Living Room are each just steps from your door. A private sidewalk runs along the pool fence, softly lit and lined with citrus, leading you to your own entry. Garden Level Suites open to private covered patios set into the landscaping. Upper Level Suites sit above, each with a private balcony under a warm wood ceiling, overlooking the water and umbrellas below.
There is a certain pleasure in being near the pool without being in the middle of it. From your patio or balcony, you are in your own little world: the shimmer of the water, the shade of the umbrellas, the easy rhythm of an adults-only courtyard. Guests who choose Poolside tend to choose it again. It is the liveliest corner of a very calm place.
Garden Level Suite
580 square feet (TBD) opening through a private entry onto a covered patio set into the landscaping. Ground level, a few steps from the water, and planted for privacy.
