The Chef's Counter
Our display kitchen sits on the Fitch Mountain Overlook, the rooftop event deck above the Pool Courtyard, with a chef's counter running along it and the mountain in the west window.
The counter seats six, close enough to the work to ask a question and taste an answer. Behind it, a full display kitchen; beyond it, The Duchamp King's Table, which resets for parties of up to twenty, and the sunset over Fitch Mountain. For a quieter evening the same dinner moves downstairs to The Living Room.
The counter is not a restaurant. It is the stage for private chef dinners cooked for one party at a time by our partner chefs, arranged in advance through our front desk and subject to the chefs' availability. Most evenings it sits quiet, which is rather the point.

The Chef's Counter, set for six.
