SingleThread is the restaurant, inn, and farm of Kyle and Katina Connaughton, in the heart of downtown Healdsburg. It holds three Michelin stars in the current guide, along with a Michelin Green Star for sustainability. The ten-course tasting menu follows the seasonal harvest of the couple’s farm outside town, shaped by the years the Connaughtons spent living and cooking in Japan.

Dinner is a ticketed reservation, released on the first of every month for the following month, and seats are limited. Plan ahead; this is the hardest table in Sonoma County, and worth the planning.
