The Matheson

The Matheson is two restaurants under one historic roof on the Plaza: Chef Dustin Valette's micro-seasonal fine dining room, recognized by the Michelin Guide and holding a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, and Roof 106, a rooftop bar and kitchen with handcrafted cocktails, wood-fired small plates, and fire-pit seating overlooking the Plaza.

Downstairs rewards a reservation; the roof takes walk-ins and pours until the sunset is done. Both carry the same care for what Sonoma County grows.
