Private Fine Dining at Duchamp
An acclaimed chef, cooking for your party alone, on the rooftop above the Pool Courtyard. Dine at the Chef's Counter, The King's Table, or downstairs in The Living Room. Book it for an anniversary, a birthday, a proposal, or the night of the trip you want to remember for years to come. Two of you, six or twenty, we have a place that's just right for each.
Choose the perfect setting for your private dinner or culinary experience.

The Chef's Counter
Six seats along the counter, close enough to talk with the chefs while they work in front of you.
Book it as a class, where you cook alongside them and take the recipes home. Book it as an experience, tasting each wine against salt and sweetness until you understand why the glass keeps changing. Or book it simply as private fine dining, a multi-course menu built around your preferences alone. Perfect for a couple, and just as good for three couples traveling together.

The King's Table
Begin with champagne and an appetizer course at the chef's counter, close enough to watch it being prepared right in front of you.
Then settle in at The Duchamp King's Table, set just for your party's special occasion, overlooking the Pool Courtyard as the sun goes down on Healdsburg's own Fitch Mountain. Our King's Table is the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and reunions of family and friends.

The Living Room
For a quieter evening, or a cooler one, the same dinner is served downstairs in The Living Room.
A long table set before the limestone fireplace, with the folding doors open to the courtyard on warm nights and closed against the chill on cool ones. Seats up to twenty. The Living Room suits a winter dinner, a wine tasting with the aroma kit laid down the table, or any evening that wants a fire and a roof.
How It Works
Everything is arranged through our front desk. Tell us the occasion, the date, and who is at the table, and one of our partner chefs will build a menu around you: every guest’s preferences and dietary needs, not a fixed list. Most preparation happens in the chef’s own kitchen; they arrive shortly before service and leave the deck as they found it. The chef's pricing covers the chef, server, ingredients, setup and cleanup; wine pairings are available. Registered guests only. Every dinner is by advance reservation and subject to availability.
Duchamp Premier Partner Chefs
Reservations for all private fine dining and culinary experiences are subject to the chefs' availability and must be made well in advance of your arrival. For more information, and to start planning your experience today, call our front desk for concierge assistance at 707-431-1300. Four to six weeks' advance notice is suggested.
