A bakery by day; a Michelin-starred French tasting menu by night.
Troubadour Bread & Bistro earned its first Michelin star in the 2026 guide, the newest star in wine country. By day it is a bakery and coffee bar of long-fermented sourdough and artisan sandwiches; by night it becomes Le Diner, a seven-course French tasting menu in the main room and an eleven-course journey at the chef's table.
Owners Melissa Yanc and Sean McGaughey met at SingleThread and also run Quail & Condor down the street. Book well ahead; the room is small and the star is new.
