Cyrus is Chef Douglas Keane’s reimagining of fine dining as a journey: champagne in the Bubbles Lounge, canapes with the chefs in the kitchen, a procession of courses in a dining room overlooking the vineyard, and a farewell in the Chocolate Room. It holds one Michelin star in the current guide, and its original Healdsburg incarnation earned two stars in the first Bay Area guide.

Dinner is a ticketed reservation, released on the first of each month, two months ahead, and seats go quickly. Plan early; it is one of the most distinctive evenings in wine country.
