One Table
A Private Gathering of the Kosta Collective
Three Days. Twenty Guests. Always One Table.
A Personal Invitation from Dan and Katie Kosta
Friends,
Katie and I have kept this quiet long enough. This October, together with our good friends at Duchamp Healdsburg and Premo Club, we are setting One Table for twenty, and we are saving you a seat. The best of Healdsburg, after all, has always been our good friends and close neighbors. And if our wine has ever been on your table, that includes you.

The Itinerary
Three Days. Twenty Guests. Always One Table.
Mornings are chosen. Evenings are shared.
A Sonoma County few visitors ever get to know.
Day 1
The House Is Yours
3:00 PM · Arrival
Sunday afternoon, you arrive at Duchamp to a house that is practically yours. Ten of Duchamp's best residential-style suites set aside and reserved as one, for twenty invited guests and no one else.
Each suite opens through its own very private exterior entry. All have living rooms, kitchenettes, king beds, and their own private patio or balcony. And for every guest, always: a glass of Dan's Admire Pinot Noir, the official Welcome Pour of Duchamp Healdsburg, in your hand before the bags are in your suite.
Your Personal Concierge
From the moment you say yes, Deacon Carpenter of WellFound Experiences will be your WellFound Personal Concierge. Dedicated to just these twenty guests, Deacon's work begins well before your arrival. He will reach out to you in advance to personally confirm your morning choices, note any special requests, and answer any questions you may have. Then, once you arrive, he will be on site and available to you throughout, quietly coordinating every detail of your three-day stay.
As Featured in Forbes
"The activity is simply the vehicle. The experiences people remember most aren't necessarily the most elaborate. They're the ones that make them feel connected to something."

Duchamp Healdsburg is a 20-suite luxury boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Healdsburg. Hidden in plain sight, our property is just a few short steps from the Plaza and all that downtown Healdsburg has to offer. Discover a quieter, more refined way to experience the local culture and cuisine of Healdsburg and the wineries of Sonoma County. And all without giving up the ease of being at the center of town.
Afternoon
Rest and Relaxation
The afternoon is purposely reserved for rest and recreation: unhurried hours around the pool courtyard and its 50-foot Full Sun Lap Pool, a leisurely walk into town, or other requested activities coordinated with Deacon.

The Art of Quiet Luxury
Residential by Design. Personal by Nature. Privacy by Intention.
Suites from 660 to 710 square feet, including private patios and balconies
Evening
The Opening at Premo Club
As the afternoon light softens around Duchamp, house transportation brings you to Bacchus Landing, home of Premo Club, the private membership club built around curated travel, dining, and entertainment.
Tonight, Premo opens the inaugural One Table the way a good friend opens his home to you: a warm welcome, and a glass in your hand before you even sit down. The evening itself has been created and curated just for this night: exceptional wines, remarkable food, beautiful music, and a room of people who will feel like old friends by Wednesday's checkout.
No two openings at Premo are ever alike, by design.
Day 2
Morning
The Mornings Are Always Yours to Choose
Monday and Tuesday each begin with a morning of your choosing. Three options; pick one each day.
Ride Sonoma
A guided e-bike ride through the Russian River and Dry Creek landscape, with premium equipment, a local guide, and a support vehicle trailing the ride.
From Soil to Table
A farmer-led morning at SingleThread Farm: seasonality, soil, and the relationship between the field and the plate.
Slow Sonoma
Private yoga or Pilates followed by a relaxed breakfast, with optional massage or quiet pool time after.
Every morning is yours to choose and arranged in advance by your Personal Concierge. Each morning returns you to Duchamp by midday, with lunch provided along the way.
Afternoon
Rest and Relaxation
The afternoon is purposely reserved for rest and recreation: unhurried hours around the pool courtyard and its 50-foot Full Sun Lap Pool, a leisurely walk into town, or other requested activities coordinated with Deacon.
Evening
The King's Table at Duchamp

The evening Duchamp was built for begins to unfold poolside at 5:00 PM. Cocktails, appetizers, and live acoustic music, all created and served by Chef David and team.
Then your group moves upstairs, to the Fitch Mountain Overlook, and the evening arrives at its centerpiece: the King's Table set for twenty, the sun going down on Fitch Mountain, and Dan on his feet, pouring and telling the stories only he can tell. All the while, the culinary team prepares and serves your private dinner in full view, and the chef's counter at the display kitchen is yours whenever you want to watch the show up close.
When the last course is cleared, the night settles in at The Afterglow Fire Pit Area: a glass of port, and cookies baked in the side oven just a few feet away, handed over warm.

The Wines
From Admire to Grail
DK wines are poured across your entire stay: Admire upon your afternoon arrival, Convene at the Premo Club opening night, Grail on Monday night at the King's Table up on Duchamp's Fitch Mountain Overlook, and a flight of rare, hand-selected wines from Dan's very own cellar on Tuesday night at The Matheson.
All wines chosen course by course by Dan, in concert with Chef David Carey and Chef Dustin Valette.
The Kitchen
Chef David Carey and Camber Events
The King's Table is set by Camber, the Sonoma County collective led by Chef David Carey: trained at the Culinary Institute of America, seasoned by four years at SingleThread, Healdsburg's three-Michelin-starred farm and restaurant, and cooking with a brigade whose resumes run through many of the same kitchens.
Seasonal ingredients at their peak, refined technique, nothing for show.
The menu is built course by course with Dan, for this One Table alone.
Day 3

The Mornings Are Always Yours to Choose
Monday and Tuesday each begin with a morning of your choosing. Three options; pick one each day.

A guided morning among the old-growth redwoods of West Sonoma County.
Sonoma Makers
An artist, maker, or vineyard encounter, different every edition, curated with Premo.
Reset
Meditation, sound, massage, or a deliberately unscheduled morning.
Evening
An Evening with Dustin Valette
The final evening belongs to Dustin Valette, the Healdsburg-born chef whose restaurants, Valette and The Matheson, anchor this town's table.
Dustin started at thirteen, washing dishes in Geyserville, and cooked his way through some of the country's storied kitchens: Thomas Keller's Bouchon, Michelin-starred Aqua under Laurent Manrique, the Mandarin Oriental Honolulu, and six years as executive chef of Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen.
In 2015 he came all the way home, opening Valette with his brother Aaron Garzini on the block where their great-grandfather Honore baked bread a century ago. The Matheson followed in 2021, in the restored 110-year-old building that held the family bakery itself. Tuesday night, his table is yours.
"Healdsburg raised me, and there is nothing I love more than cooking for people who love wine the way we do. On Tuesday night my team and I are setting the table for the DK Wine Club, and Dan and I have every intention of making the evening unforgettable. Come hungry."
Our last table together, twenty chairs, and the sense, somewhere between courses, that this should happen again.
Day 4 · Departure
Until the Next Table
