Your group parks once in our private and secure onsite parking lot and walks to everything.
Full-Property Buyouts and Group Room Blocks in Healdsburg
The entire property, all 20 suites, can be reserved for exclusive use, turning Duchamp into a private estate for your group's stay. Room blocks of five or more suites are handled under our Group Room Block Agreement, with a single point of contact from first inquiry through final departure. We work regularly with meeting and event planners, wedding planners, corporate retreat organizers, incentive travel planners, and destination management companies.

The Fitch Mountain Overlook, our rooftop event deck, holds up to 78 guests with a commercial display kitchen, a hospitality station, and The Duchamp King's Table seating twenty, all with a sunset view of Fitch Mountain. The Grove, our wedding garden beneath mature Pistache trees, seats ceremonies and gatherings of up to 150. The Living Room and The Parlor host welcome evenings and receptions, and the Pool Courtyard, with its 50-foot Full Sun Lap Pool, sets the tone and pace for the hours in between. For larger receptions and dinners, downtown Healdsburg's celebrated restaurants and event rooms are all just a short walk from every suite, so no shuttles are ever required.
For Travel Advisors: Commission and Client Care
Duchamp Healdsburg pays a 10% commission on room revenue for travel advisor bookings, paid promptly after your client's departure. Tell us your client is arriving through you and we note it on the reservation, so recognition, arrival timing, and any special touches are arranged before check-in. Tastings, dinner reservations, and car service can all be requested in advance through our front desk and concierge team. Because we are an adults-only property, your clients enjoy a quiet, grown-up stay from the first evening to the last morning.
