Plank has roasted small batches since 2012, and the Healdsburg cafe pours espresso drinks and single origin filter alongside more than fifty loose leaf teas. Breakfast and lunch come out of the same kitchen: house-made pastries, toasts, sandwiches, with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options on the board.
The room is bright and open, built for sitting a while with a laptop or a paper. Beans, brewing gear, and subscriptions are sold at the counter. Fifteen minutes on foot from Duchamp, at the north end of town on Dry Creek Road.
