Juju’s

Juju’s is Chef Jason Pringle’s evening pop-up, running Tuesday through Saturday inside the Acorn Cafe space on Matheson Street once the daytime service ends. Because it is a pop-up, nights and hours can change, so it is worth checking before setting out.

The cooking moves between Southern France and Morocco: mezze with house-made pita and harissa-kissed hummus, lamb tagine with ras el hanout and apricots, roast chicken with harissa potatoes, steak au poivre with frites. Spritzes, vermouth tonics, and Moroccan mint tea fizz round out the list, and boxed picnic dinners are made for Music in the Plaza.
