Catelli’s opened in 1936, when Santi and Virginia Catelli hung a free ‘Rex’ sign over the door and added the family name later. Today their granddaughter, Chef Domenica Catelli, carries the family’s handmade Italian cooking forward in the same Geyserville spot: fresh pasta, classic dishes, and quality ingredients without fuss.
Walk-ins are welcome and reservations are encouraged. An easy drive up the valley for a dinner that feels like Sonoma County before the crowds found it.
