Appellation’s all-day room: breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch north of town.
Appellation Kitchen keeps resort hours: breakfast and lunch daily, brunch on weekends, and a Monday and Tuesday supper for evenings when the hearth room rests.
The cooking is lighter than its evening sibling but drawn from the same farms and the same instincts. It is a comfortable answer to a morning when you want a proper table rather than a counter.
