Our Creekside Upper Level Suites are less a hotel room and more like a private residence, arranged as a true two-room suite. At a total of 710 square feet*, with ten-foot ceilings and your own private balcony resting at treetop height in the creek canopy, each beautifully appointed suite opens into a living and dining room noticeably larger than our garden level suites. The living room has both a couch and an oversized barrel chair, a kitchen table and chairs, and the kitchenette, all in one bright, open space. Where the Garden Level Suites sit tucked into the greenery below, the Upper Level lifts you into the trees, eye to eye with the leaves and the birdsong within them.
Every suite was carefully designed, curated and appointed by a high-end interior designer, with large windows, blackout shades, and beautiful furnishings throughout. Separate climate controls for the living room and bedroom areas let each of you set your own comfort in your own space. The bedroom and bathroom each close off behind their own door. The feeling is calm, spacious, approachable luxury, and entirely your own.
The kitchenette is intimate by design, yet wants for nothing. There is a Nespresso machine for a proper morning coffee, handmade coffee cups from a local artisan, and fine glassware for beer, wine, and champagne, with a matching poolware set that looks and feels like glass but is made not to break. The plates and utensils are handsome bamboo, reusable and kind to the landfill, and a compact microwave is available on request at check-in. A welcome bottle of water greets you upon arrival, and the refrigerator and counter are both stocked with a great selection of drinks and snacks. Slice up an apple and some cheese, throw in some salami, open a bottle of wine, and carry your charcuterie board out to your own private balcony.
Throughout the suite, the LED lighting is warm and fully dimmable, with reading lamps and individually controlled overhead reading lights, so you can set the mood for your evening exactly the way you like it.
Settling in is easy. A lamp table at the entry gives you a place to set your keys and wallet and charge your phone the moment you walk in, with a second spot to set your things as you enter the bedroom. A granite-topped cabinet lands your suitcase, with an in-room safe in the drawer below, and a full six-foot closet holds hanging clothes, shoes, and slippers, with plush robes, an iron and board, and a garment steamer tucked inside.
The bathroom is your own private oasis of calm: dual vanities beneath a frameless lighted mirror, a magnifying makeup mirror, and a curbless oversized walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling polished granite and glass. A private water closet means one of you can be at the vanity or in the shower while the other has use of the water closet behind its own door, and the entire bathroom area closes off from the bedroom with a pocket door. A hairdryer, pool towels, bath towels, and Salt & Stone bath amenities are stocked and waiting.
Private Balcony
Upper Level Suites do not have elevator access and can only be reached by exterior stairs. If you would like help carrying your bags up to your suite, our Bell Service will be happy to assist you.
